If you have whatever other Launcher on your computer other than the 1 establish on Mojang's official website you must commencement practise the following:
i - Delete the Launchers that exist on your computer that are not official Mojang;
2 - Restart your computer;
3 - Download the original software again and install:

If y'all don't have another Launcher on your computer or have already deleted:

2 - If you are already logged in, click on your prototype and Gamertag in the upper left corner of the screen and then on "Logout";
three - If you lot are already logged out or not logged in to your business relationship, delete all accounts registered in Launcher by clicking on the "X" adjacent to each business relationship;
4 - In Minecraft Launcher, enter the e-mail and countersign of your Microsoft account!

I can't access the launcher or delete the accounts registered in it without logging back into my account though. when I click "log out" information technology but brings me to the login screen with the microsoft/mojang login buttons. am I doing something wrong?

Hmmm I advise yous endeavour these basic troubleshooting steps!
Open Settings, click Update and Security so Windows Update;
Click Bank check for Updates;
Click the Download and Install At present option, if available;
Too, check the Microsoft Shop for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services.
And then try this:
Get to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select avant-garde options.
After that, click repair and so restore, open the app and try over again.
And then do the same for the Xbox app:
Go to windows settings > apps > search for Xbox app > click on information technology and select advanced options.
Afterwards that, click repair and so restore, open the app and effort once again.
If it however doesn't work you're going to uninstall the games services using a powershell command, then yous're going to open the gamepass app, it will ask you to download and install the game services once more :
In the windows search bar blazon Powershell > Right click and select open every bit administrator > Blazon the command: "get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-Appxpackage –allusers" > Wait for the process to end and then restart the PC, then open your Xbox gamepass app, it will ask yous to install the gaming services once more, install it and effort again.
